Hi, I’m Jessica-- educator, Capoeira teacher, nonprofit director, a German Shepherd lover, and the creator behind EmpowerQuest and The Parent Teacher Playbook.

After working with kids and families for over 15 years, I saw a huge gap between what children need to thrive and what they’re actually being taught. Things like confidence, emotional resilience, smart goal-setting, digital safety, and how to handle peer pressure.

That’s why I created EmpowerQuest: a creative, mission-based workbook series that helps kids build essential life skills in a fun, screen-free way. And The Parent Teacher Playbook? That’s where I share the tools, tips, and insights I’ve gathered over the years with the people who need them most, you.
